Shareview is a service provided by Equiniti Limited and may be accessed through www.shareview.co.uk. This service offered by our registrars allows our ordinary shareholders to update their shareholding details electronically and provides direct access to daily valuations. |
| Direct Dividend payments | International Power plc operates a service that pays dividends automatically into shareholders’ bank or building society accounts. This service gives shareholders a number of benefits. If you would like to register for this service, please complete the Direct Dividend Payment Form and return to Equiniti Limited. |
| Consolidated Tax Vouchers | A new system was introduced in 2008 for
those shareholders receiving direct dividend payments. Following
this, single consolidated tax vouchers are now issued at the end of
each tax year, in time for the preparation of self-assessment tax
returns. Any shareholder wishing to receive individual tax vouchers, for each dividend payment should contact Equiniti on 0871 384 2082. |
